4. Payment

EUR. IVA 22%. One-time: 50/50. Monthly: billed in advance. Cancel with 30 days notice.

5. IP

Deliverables (audits, content, reports) become Client property on payment.

6. Law

Italian law. Courts of Perugia. EU ODR.
